This patented tub tray design is a 4-corner style tray with die-cut “wedges” to hold tapered tubbed products securely in place to avoid shift when they are packaged in right-angled primary packs. Further benefits of this design include a significant reduction in packaging costs as compared to flat, corrugated pads which require glue and additional handling to remove the product from the pad.
The tray integrates with existing packaging lines and also allows for container integrity without shrink film, does not require box cutters or other tools, and promotes safer shelving.
